What kind of game is Oasis Merge?
A relaxing merge puzzle with a light story. You combine matching items into better ones, use them to restore a desert oasis, and follow Sarah and the people who live there. There are no timers on the board.
Where can I play?
On Android phones and tablets through Google Play (Android 8.0 or newer). The core game also plays offline.
Do I have to use partner offers?
No. Partner offers are completely optional. You can play and finish the story without them, and without paying.
Are all gem offers free?
No. Some partner offers ask you to make a purchase or start a subscription with the advertiser. Each offer shows its requirements before you start, so read them first and only take part if it suits you.
Why haven't my offer gems arrived?
Gems are added only after the partner confirms you completed the task, which can take from a few minutes to a few days. Reopen the game to check. If nothing arrives after 7 days, use the help link inside the offer or email support@scalebit.net with your install ID from Settings.
